Can I reschedule my appointment?You may reschedule your appointment online UP TO 24hrs prior to your appointment time. Within 24hrs you are unable to reschedule and subject to cancellation fees.

Can I get my deposit back?Deposits/ initial booking fees are non refundable and non transferable.

Do you offer brow trainings?Yes, please email refinedbrow@gmail.com for details and to schedule your training date.

Can I Wax?Waxing is not recommended for those on accutane/using Retinol or on any blood thinner medication. Using these will increase your risk of your skin lifting.

Can I get lamination?Lamination is not recommended if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, using harsh skin care chemicals such as recent chemical peel, or using accutane/Retinol products, and recent eczema flare ups around the brows.
