  • Can I reschedule my appointment?
    You may reschedule your appointment online UP TO 24hrs prior to your appointment time. Within 24hrs you are unable to reschedule and subject to cancellation fees.
  • Can I get my deposit back?
    Deposits/ initial booking fees are non refundable and non transferable.
  • Can I change my appointment to another service?
    Please email refinedbrow@gmail to confirm as soon as possible prior to your appointment time.
  • Where are you located?
    I am located in Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA
  • Do you offer brow trainings?
    Yes, please email refinedbrow@gmail.com for details and to schedule your training date.
  • Can I Wax?
    Waxing is not recommended for those on accutane/using Retinol or on any blood thinner medication. Using these will increase your risk of your skin lifting.
  • Can I get lamination?
    Lamination is not recommended if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, using harsh skin care chemicals such as recent chemical peel, or using accutane/Retinol products, and recent eczema flare ups around the brows.
  • When do your appointments open?
    On the 25th of each month for the following month.  (Ex. June appointments available May 25th
  • Do you have any more appointments?
    The booking is always 100% up to date and accurate in real time.
